Made in the USA, the Jingle Bird is a unique example of American Folk Art wind chimes. Jingle Birds are cast in resin and hand painted from original designs by award-winning artists and decoy carvers, Jim and Joan Seibert of Cape May, New Jersey.  Each piece is hand painted with weather resistant paint for lasting beauty. Jingle Birds can live outdoors!
